Lasagna

INGREDIENTS:

12 lasagna noodles
15 oz Ricotta Cheese
1 cup Cottage Cheese
3/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Chees
1 egg beaten
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
24 oz lasagna sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to instructions on the packag or use oven-ready lasagna noodles
  2. In a bowl: mix together ricotta, cottage and 1/2 cup mozzarella
  3. Add egg, oregano, basil, parsley, salt and pepper to the bowl
  4. Spoon 1/2 cup of the lasagna sauce to the bottom of a 9x13 pan
  5. Layer the lasagna noodles and top with cheese mixture and sauce
  6. Add another layer of lasagna, cheese and sauce
  7. Add a final layer of lasagna noodles and top with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese
  8. Cover pan with tin foil
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 20-25 minutes; remove foil for the last 5 minutes for a crispy finish
